Ordering

1. If you are interested in any of the items, please inform us by filling up the form.
2. Upon receiving your order, we will inform you the stock availability of the book(s), postal delivery charges for orders in Malaysia or International Mail charges for overseas orders.

Payment Method
1. Payment is to be made through our Maybank & Bank Islam accounts only.
2. We require full payment including delivery charges.
3. We also accept PayPal for overseas orders (additional charges apply).
4. All sales are final. Please be reminded we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
5. Details of the accounts for payment purposes will be sent via email to you once you have selected your payment mode.

Delivery
1. Delivery will be made upon receiving full payment.
2. We will email the details and tracking number, if any.
3. Deliveries via PosLaju within Malaysia takes 2 to 3 days whilst for international deliveries may take 5 to 7 days to reach destination.

4. Deliveries via normal post within Malaysia takes 5 to 7 days whilst for international deliveries may take 15 to 20 days to reach destination.
